Based in New York, The Sesamys is founded by Taiwanese designer Laina Wu, who approaches tailoring through proportion, movement, and material rather than traditional gender distinctions. 

Alongside classical tailoring techniques, the collections explore material experimentation and unexpected details, allowing subtle moments of surrealism to emerge. Working with refined fabrics and considered construction, The Sesamys offers a modern wardrobe shaped by fit, intention, and personal expression.
